Article 1 (Basic Policy)
tranext ("Software") is a digital download product. Since the features available in Pro can be tested during the 7-day free trial before purchase, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.
The terms "Software," "User," "License Key," and "Activation" used in this Policy have the meanings given in Article 1 of the End User License Agreement.
Article 2 (Free Trial)
The Software provides a 7-day free trial before purchase. The features available in Pro can be used during the trial. Please thoroughly test the operating environment and features before making a purchase decision.
Article 3 (Eligible Refund Cases)
Refunds may be considered only when a technical issue prevents the product from functioning properly and our support cannot resolve it, the actual functionality significantly differs from its description, or a duplicate charge occurs for the same license.
Article 4 (Refund Request Period)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Article 5 (How to Request a Refund)
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number or Stripe payment ID, registered email address, reason for the request, and, for technical issues, details such as the OS, GPU environment, and error information.
Article 6 (Refund Processing)
If a refund is approved, we request the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the relevant account varies depending on Stripe, the card issuer, and the financial institution. If a full refund is completed, we stop future activations using the License Key associated with the refunded order. Activation codes issued before the refund cannot technically be retrieved or disabled.
Article 7 (Non-Refundable Items)
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase, Standard-to-Pro upgrade fees except when technical issues prevent use of Pro features, and User-environment issues that could have been verified through the trial are not eligible for refunds.
